Baekdu Mountain is a volcanic mountain on the border between North Korea and China. It is the highest mountain of the Changbai mountain range to the north and the Baekdudaegan mountain range to the south. Baekdu Mountain is also the highest mountain in Korea.One of the highest crater lakes in the world, Heaven Lake, is at the top of the mountain.
