Bwindi Rain Forest
UGANDA
The Bwindi National Park covers 331 sq km of tropical forest in southwestern Uganda, near the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is best known as the home of half the world's population of mountain gorillas, though the park also boasts chimpanzees and several other species of primates.
